We’re finalists at the 2018 Housebuilder Awards
The Quarry and Acton Gardens have both been selected as finalists at this year’s Housebuilder Awards.
The Quarry, our joint venture with the Anderson Group, has been nominated in the category for best design for three storey’s or fewer, whilst our major regeneration of the South Acton estate in West London with Countryside, has been nominated in the best regeneration initiative category.

The Quarry is a collection of around 600 new homes and a state-of-the-art primary school in Erith, Bexley. The development is set to breathe new life into the disused Erith Quarry site which has lain neglected for the past 40 years.
Around 1,800 former council properties in Ealing are being replaced with a new urban village of 2,800 new homes, of which 50% will be affordable. There will also be over 39,000 square feet of social and community facilities space. The regeneration is due to complete in 2026.
The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony on Thursday 1 November.
