Our marketing team has beaten the likes of Savills and Redrow to win In-house Marketing Team of the Year at the Property Marketing Awards. Run in partnership with Estates Gazette, this is one of the most prestigious awards in the calendar and is a fantastic achievement for the team.

Made up of eight members, the marketing team is delighted and extremely proud to have been recognised as a leader in the industry. Delivering successful creative advertising solutions and campaigns such as PricedIn along with bespoke marketing identities for each private sale development, reinforces L&Q’s commitment to deliver a first-rate service to our customers and firmly establishes the marketing team as a force to be reckoned with within the industry.

The judges at the Property Marketing Awards said: “The winner in this category stood out because what they produced was not what you would expect from property marketing. The team had the challenge of reaching a very broad audience from its housing association roots to private developers.”

“The hallmark of a skilled marketing team is to be able to address a broad range of audiences, and this submission showed that. They took a very new approach with their PricedIn campaign which focussed unusually on how to purchase educating first-time buyers on the benefits of Shared Ownership. The traditional print collateral was nicely executed with more innovative comms in the mix. This contrasted with the more highbrow approach taken for The Schoolyard.”
