PricedIn wins ‘Best Digital Marketing’ at National Housing Awards 2016
We are delighted to announce that L&Q were presented with the ‘Best Digital Marketing’ award for the PricedIn campaign at this year’s National Housing Awards. The judging panel, who were looking for a campaign with a unique approach to engaging with customers, described PricedIn as “a compelling and innovative approach to positively informing generation rent that Shared Ownership is worth considering. The judges thought Sally was an inspired creation that made home ownership feel accessible.”
The National Housing Awards also Highly Commended L&Q for the ‘Best Regeneration Project’ award for Stadium Place in Walthamstow. Set on the site of the former Walthamstow Dog Stadium, this development sees a collection of 99 one to four bedroom apartments, houses and maisonettes, which offers buyers a chance to purchase a piece of London’s history. The judges described the development as “an excellent, innovative and well developed scheme on a difficult site, which has restored some of the local history and offered good levels of affordability.”
The National Housing Federation held the 10th National Housing Awards this September to celebrate excellence, innovation, creativity and progression in the affordable housing sector. Hosted by daytime TV star and comedian, Alexander Armstrong, this year’s prestigious event was held at the Lancaster Hotel in London.
