We are delighted to announce that L&Q has been awarded ‘Best Residential Regeneration Marketing Campaign’ for The City Mills and ‘Best Digital Marketing Campaign’ for Pricedin, at the Estates Gazette Property Marketing Awards this week.

Celebrating the very best in property and marketing, these awards recognise innovation, creativity and the effectiveness of creating and delivering marketing campaigns; such as Pricedin.

The competitive and challenging nature of marketing a wide range of properties to a diverse audience has seen the Pricedin campaign successfully educate our target market of the benefits of affordable housing and the properties we have available. In 2015, the campaign moved forward digitally, allowing our audience to watch short films showcasing vital buying information, local areas and experiences of previous buyers. Lead Judge Kevin comments, ‘stand out entrants showed smart thinking and proof their campaigns worked’.
