Our PricedIn campaign won ‘Best Digital Marketing’ for the second year running at yesterday’s National Housing Awards.

The ‘Best Digital Marketing’ category saw strong competition with L&Q up against Aster Group and Lovell Homes. The judges were said to be looking for a unique application that provides customers with excellent information, user experience and ease of navigation.

The judges’ commented: “The strategic and comprehensive campaign is to be commended for its high quality and professionalism… the wide range of accessible information clearly works with some good statistics to back this up – particularly that 91% of applicants qualify for Shared Ownership”.

PricedIn is a campaign that aims to educate people on the option of buying a home through Shared Ownership; a scheme that allows purchasers to buy a share in a property, rather than buying outright. It also works to help first time buyers gain the confidence they need to take those first crucial steps on to the property ladder.

The National Housing Federation held the 11th National Housing Awards this September to celebrate excellence, innovation, creativity and progression in the affordable housing sector. Hosted by comedian, impressionist and actor, Hugh Dennis, this year’s event was held at the Lancaster Hotel in London.
