The spring London Home Show saw a whopping 4,400 potential buyer’s flood the Queen Elizabeth II Centre in Westminster last month.

The London Home Show, which took place on Saturday 18th March, saw 16 staff members’ manning our newly designed stand, answering attendee’s questions about L&Q, our developments, and our available home buying schemes – Shared Ownership and London Help to Buy.

4,400 people attended the free event which was an increase on the 4,300 who attended the show in March 2016. We received a massive 671 new leads on the day – that’s over 220 more than the next highest exhibitor! The team collected these leads through a phone app, Qrious, whereby exhibitors scanned guests’ QR-coded name badges to capture their details in just a couple of seconds.

An email was also sent to attendees after the event, highlighting a number of our Shared Ownership properties, which saw over 5,000 people click through to our PricedIn website.

This bi-annual event is the perfect opportunity for first time buyers to have their burning questions answered by housing providers such as L&Q.
